I am writing this email and feeling disappointed. I ran across this company because the product appeared to be what I wanted to reduce the unsightly wires while hanging Govee outdoor lights. I read the reviews and saw photos. It appears to be a great solution for my end goal. Furthermore, with the tariff war going on and also seeing that this company proudly advertises a product made in the USA and not from China, I decided to give it a try because it supported jobs here. I ordered custom color match tracks. Shortly after ordering on July 18th, I received an email that the paint facility in the USA was back-logged so my order would be fulfilled from either the Canada or Australia facility and I would still receive my order within 3 weeks (by Aug 8). On Aug 4, I received an email asking how things were going and if I was enjoying the product (a product I hadn’t received). I emailed in and asked what the status of my order was because online is still said “to be processed.” It took 3 emails before I got a response that my order would be shipping soon. On Aug 8, I was provided a UPS tracking number for my order and told it would arrive Monday Aug 11…. It did not. When I checked the tracking, I noticed several delays and then read that it was in stuck in export….. in China. Yes, China. My order has had multiple delays including severe weather, in China. I emailed the company to ask how my order ended up being exported from China if it was produced in Australia or Canada. I have yet to receive a response. Last night (Aug 13, 2025), I received an email that the company “would love to hear from me” and requested that I leave a review. As of today (Aug 14, 2025) I still have not received my order. This may end up being an awesome product so if I do receive it, I might update the review if it allows me to depending on the quality product, color-match, and ease of installation. However, if you are looking for responsiveness and good customer service, or a product produced in the USA and not China, I would avoid ordering from SnapTrack LightUpServices. I really hate to leave a bad review, especially on small US companies, but I wanted to share my experience. Still as I write this, I have not received an answer how my order ended up in China or if it was produced there as well.
