The SnapTrack Metal Channel is a fantastic upgrade for Govee Permanent Lights. It makes the install cleaner, sturdier, and truly professional-looking. The metal build feels durable, the alignment is perfect, and the finished result is top-tier. Honestly, this is the only acceptable install method IMO if you want a polished, long‑lasting setup.

I think that the Govee Pro lights work really well and may look just fine installed without the SnapTrack product... except for every time you have to connect two sections together (and nobody is just putting up 10 lights:-)). The SnapTrack is great for hiding all of the connections between strings and extensions. It also works really well as there is still space to lay in another wire in the track if you have more complicated install (like ending up with separate lighting groups). I think it also just speeds up the install since you can install the base track on the whole project, then come back and start slapping up the lights without having to worry about the wires lying flat against the soffit.

It does all this with an end result that just looks more professional.

The tracks were actually easier and faster for the contractor to put up for me. They keep the lights straight and look very clean on my house.

I installed 150 ft of brown track which was pretty straight forward. I have open rafters so I had to use less screws than I would have preferred. The tracks do snap together quite firmly which made it work. I didn't fasten the screws tightly which allowed the track to dangle somewhat level to the ground. The design of the front of my home required eight 90 degree corners which then were easier to cut. I used a power miter saw with an aluminum blade to make the cuts. Shipping was fast as my track was in stock. Finish was great. Pleased with the quality. My HOA recently changed the rules requiring tracking and that it color match. Glad I chose Snap Track.

Loved the finish look of our snap track! Company was very easy to work with answered all my questions promptly. Was shorted a few tracks in the initial order but shipped them out quickly to us. Our neighbors have commented on how finish our job looks too!

One of the areas I installed the SnapTrack was underneath my deck and leading into my garage area. An area previously poorly lit and unattractive. I did not want to simply attach the outdoor lights because I found the exposed wires and mounting system unacceptable and unattractive. I purchased the SnapTrack to install the outdoor lighting and it turned out better than I Imagined. You can see from the pictures I am going from open joists, across support beams, over vinyl siding and in multiple directions. SnapTrack worked out beautifully especially with the finishing end pieces and corners. I couldn't be more pleased and everyone who has seethe installation tells me how attractive the SnapTrack looks.

I bought these not knowing what to think . But after doing a little research these seemed to be the best quality . I was not disappointed. The lights fit snug into place just perfect . They were simple to cut and easy to work with . As a first time install it went relatively smoothly. The corners were a little tough but that was just because of me . The brown matched the house perfect. I did this for my girls house and she said it looked professional. My only complaint if any was the corner pieces and end pieces didn’t fit the greatest but it still looked good . I would buy these again and in fact I showed a friend and now he’s getting them . Thanks a bunch you guys . I also for got to mention I ordered these wrong ones and they were nice enough to help and exchange them out . I really appreciated that.

supper easy to install. Easy to cut, and miniplate for all types of obstructions. The you tube video on how to cut corners, end caps and general installation made this really easy.

We have been contemplating Govee lights for a while. We picked them up on prime day and quickly decided we wanted a neat looking install that looked professional rather than wires showing. After research we landed on snaptracks. Honestly, they made install a breeze, and they truly have a professional look. The materials matched my soffits perfectly, they are made from quality materials, and I expect them to hold up very well in our Florida weather.

Best decision on buying the SnapTrack to install my Govee Lights. You can install the Govee Lights without the tracks, but you take the chance of them coming off. With the SnapTracks the are secured in place and with a clean look finish.

The track system was great for our situation- given our roofline, this part of the house would expose the gives lights to anyone driving by. This way, it looks built in.
