Returns on all Shipped Orders (Tracks, lights, etc)

Thank you for choosing SnapTrack. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Please review our Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

At SnapTrack, each order is produced custom to your specifications. This means that all products are made-to-order to ensure they meet your unique requirements.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been placed.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Of course, this does not extend to damaged or incorrect items received. In these cases, an exception will be made & we will do our best to make sure you get exactly what you paid for.

ย Exchanges

In the case of incorrectly or mistakenly ordered products, we can make can help facilitate an exchange, but under certain circumstances:

1) The items must be unused
2) The original Shipping charge cannot be refunded, as it is a sunk cost.
3) You must pay for a return label, or we can provide you a prepaid return label at the same cost of the initial shipping charge of your order.

4) You must make a brandย  new order for the correct items, that way it can be re-entered into our system

Cancellations

80% of orders placed are made & fabricated to order.

Due to this, we can only accept cancellations within 24hrs of time of order placed for a full Refund.

Any cancellation requests after a 24hr period will incur a 30% restocking fee on the subtotal price of the Order.

Quality Assurance

We take great pride in our work and thoroughly inspect each product before shipment to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so weย can replace or address the issue promptly.
