STEP BY STEP INSTALL GUIDE

Each Track comes with 2 pieces:

TRACK A: A flat track for attaching to your soffits with screws.

TRACK B: A squared track that connects onto Track A with a simple snap. Track B is where you simply pop your Enbrighten Lights into place at each hole opening.

Step 1: Identify where along your SOFFITS you would like to start installation.

Step 2: Measure HOW FAR FROM WALL you would like to install. We Recommend 2-3 inches from your wall. The farther you go, the more rounded the lights will be. We recommend using a chalk line to mark large areas so you don't have to measure for each track.

Step 3: Place the end of TRACK A on the section of SOFFIT you would like to begin install. Use screws or nail gun to screw/nail the track into your Soffits.
*NOTE* Most homes have wood planks that protrude from the soffits. These tracks are specifically designed to overcome this problem. Make sure you are installing to top of these wood planks.

Step 4: Click your first Strand of lights into TRACK B before installing TRACK B. You should hear an audible "CLICK" sound, and the bulbs should slightly protrude through the hole openings on TRACK B.

Step 5: Simply snap TRACK B onto TRACK A .

Step 6: Repeat these steps along your entire roofline.

Clean and Professional Look - Takes Time and Patience

This is the best system if you're looking for a clean and professional look to conceal your GOVEE lighting. Two piece snap-fit design is simple and consistent - almost like LEGOs. You can't even tell they are installed until they are on. I will say that the original track shipment arrived with some of the flat and channel tracks damaged / creased. SnapTrack did send me replacement pieces at no cost. But I would caution you to inspect all pieces immediately before starting your install to avoid delays during installation. I'm a DIY guy in a ranch home, so much of the installation was straight-forward until you get to the roof peaks and splicing wires in tight spaces. Big hands and tiny wires are challenging when you're crammed into a tight attic corner near the soffit. But the connectors are very user friendly and the extension wires were great! This installation is not for the faint of heart - it's tough on your body and lots of up and down on a ladder and back-bending installing under the soffits. The only other caution is start with your peak light. I had to build PVC triangles to have a clean mounting surface for the peak light. It would be nice to have SnapTrack include something like this as part of the kit as well - even if the user has to cut the various angles. Without filling this gap completely, you're just creating a nice pocket for insects and bees. Overall - I'm so pleased and happy with this purchase.

Track system was easy to install. Made for a clean installation of my Govee light system!

Perfection and clean!

Only partial done with my install and cannot say enough about how clean and great this product is. Highly recommended and should be the only way govees are put up.
